an exploration into a modernized version of ascii art. during a class titled "dynamic type" we were tasked to create an innovative and experimental typographic project. this animation utilizes a point cloud model of the financial district in london. the points were converted into geometry nodes with ascii symbols attached. this creates a shaded and interactively rendered model, which was used to animate the fly throughs and stills.
